Theresa “Tess” Contos, LMT 
A Massage Therapist since 1989, Tess currently owns ASCEND Spa & Wellness, Center Point Massage Therapy, PC, & operates ASCEND Seminars in Syracuse, NY that specialize in Pain Management, Orthopedic Care, Sports Massage, Structural Integration Strategies and Movement Therapies. Tess is a 1984 Olympian and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Education from SUNY Cortland. She has an extensive continuing education background through participation, study, teaching or assisting classes with ASCEND seminars. She developed and taught several Sports Massage and Medical Massage curriculums in CNY.
