All of us are very busy these days, and don’t have time to make entertainment and even we have very less time than used to for shopping and planning what to eat.  This is very important to know some of the guides or tips on low fat, high fiber eating into the busy working schedules.    We need to eat plenty of fruits and Vegetables and it may help us to lower cancer risk.   It is always better to eat lots of fruit and vegetables, grains beans, and include some lean meats and low fat dairy products.  The healthy eating action is Cut back on fat, increase the grains, vegetables, fruits, and also to increase the fiber in your diet.   The good eating habits would have helped us to assist in weight loss or weight maintenance because we are eating very few calories, and also it can help us to reduce risk of heart diseases by reducing saturated fat, which will help lower blood cholesterol levels in blood.

Kidney, Lima, black, pinto beans, chickpeas, split peas, and lentils are a very good example of nice foods and have high in fiber and rich in Vitamins and Minerals, and all are low in fat, and they are high in Protein , for these reasons dried peas and beans also qualify as part of the meat group.  Choose whole grain like oatmeal, wheat, which is very good for breakfast cereal and providing the excellent source of fiber.  We need fiber to our body requirement and it is estimated 20-35 mg a day   and the fiber is found in fruits, vegetables, whole grains, cereals, dried beans, and peas.    So it is very clear that we need to reduce fat intake to 40 percent of calories, and increase fiber to 35 gm per day, and include different types of fruits and vegetables in our daily diet, avoid obesity, and also to avoid the alcoholic beverages.
